What living as a vegan means for me
At the very core for me it is about THE ANIMALS. Bringing light to the darkness of industries that do not have our best interests at heart, despite what we are made to believe based on media and tradition with my focus on giving voices to the millions of voiceless, precious lives and souls that are lost every year.
It is about our ENVIRONMENT. Humans have created the reality of the struggling state of our world we live in, a world struggling to keep up with the demands we place on it. We take so much of the earths precious resources and replace it with devastation. We created it and it’s time that we really focused more as a priority to correct it. Live gently with compassion towards our environment. We all can make a difference in every decision we make everyday!
Its about HEALTH. Living a healthy well balanced lifestyle on a plant based diet. Feeding our bodies for health and nutrition with an abundance of yummy healthy meals over satiety and greed. I know that in return I can significantly reduce my chances of disease and illness, need for medications and a connection to your inner self and the earth.
It’s about living with COMPASSION everyday!
